PERSONALITY -> Creative. If nothing else in this world Gold is definitely creative. He's driven his family and friends up the wall with this creativity that's so near and dear to him. This creativity presents itself when he decides how he'll do something as opposed to simply creating something. His methods are always strange and are rarely humble, but usually get the job done, and if they don't then he gets pretty damn close to completing them. However society doesn't cater to the strange and more times than not he'll find himself fired and out of luck. -> Friendly. Following Gold's creativity is his friendliness, by no means is Gold shy. His boisterous and familiar attitude is a pretty big hit among people. He enjoys people talking and laughing and light hearted relationships. He doesn't really show favoritism and tries to equal his time so no one feels left out. This shows that he's socially aware, meaning he's able to read the mood fairly quickly and play off of that. He can also tell when he's unwanted. -> Uncommitted. Gold least favorite word is definitely commitment. At 21 years of age he feels he should be out living his life and enjoying every moment of it. Following his fleeting passions before he's too old to. He fears that age will rob him the ability of doing what he wants to do and so he shrugs off most sense of responsibility to do what pleases him in the now. This is also why he keeps all those he cares about at an equal distance as they all have the potential to tie him down. -> Arrogant. Following his other traits his Arrogance and even more so stubbornness fits in well here. Gold is like a rogue cop, he plays by his own rules most of the time, it's another reason why society frowns upon him, the concept of having a boss is too restricting and Gold usually ends up feeling threatened when someone else pushes their ideals and work on him which in turn causes the young man to disobey his superiors entirely. He's his own boss for better or for worse. -> Protective. A bit of a hypocrite Gold is rather protective of his friends human and pokemon alike. Not much of a worrier he likes keeping the locations of his loved ones close to him and isn't afraid to call someone up at 3:00 in the morning making sure their at home and safe. He's the kind of guy to say 'text me when you get home.' -> Spontaneous. You know that friend or family member that stops by in the wee hours of the morning expecting a place to sleep and a quick meal before leaving as soon the sun shows itself, Gold does too, because he's that guy. One can expect a visit from Gold at anytime, no hour is sacred. Knowing this it's also easily assumable to Gold makes very quick and rash decisions. -> Strong Willed. Gold doesn't give up. It's that simple, Despite his distaste for commitment if he has committed to something and found his resolve so to speak then there's nothing left to discuss. He will follow through without question. He's beyond dependable when he's mind is made up. If this resolve was broken Gold would truly lose himself. -> Flirtatious. Did you think you were going to get a description? Sorry to disappoint this one's pretty straightforward. | [DIS]LIKES -> Sweet Things. True to his personality Gold has always been a fan of sugary confections of multiple types. As of late he's been trying to stay away from them as he's been noted if he continues like he has been diabetes is around the corner. <- Pokemon Battling. Back in his youth Gold was an Avid pokemon battler often skipping school finding places to lay down the law. He's actually really good at it too, however he's grown out of that phase and resulting to violence first thing isn't cool he'd prefer to work things out over a drink or two. -> Hip-Hop. Gold has always been a fan of Music however he strangely enough favors old school school hip-hop music the popping and energetic to the cool and calm beats and succession match him perfectly, or so he feels. You wont find gold without a pair of headphones these days <- Slow. Gold can't stand 'slow'. Now there's a big difference between slow, and calm. He's not in a rush to go anywhere but if he has to move and he's stuck moving slowly it irritates him, it's like waiting in a line for life. He tends to get very antsy if he's stuck in this state. -> Art. In all shapes and sizes actually. Being extremely creative Gold loves art. Through art he feels you can appreciate people of every creed, color, shape and size, and through art he thinks you can see a bit more into what someone else is seeing that on it's own is pretty magical in his own respect. Delving deeper into that he has even greater affection for photography. Wherever he goes the young man makes sure to take a picture or two. <- The Underground. Gold doesn't like being underground for long periods of time, he's not exactly sure why he has this phobia, but he tries to avoid deep earthen caverns as much as he can through his travels. Maybe it's because caves themselves are constricting you can't really leave whenever you want, and that on its own can be pretty scary. -> Traveling. Gold is a born traveler. With someone who longs for excitement or more so seeing new places and trying new things is perfect for him. If he could travel to new places all his life he without a doubt would. He hopes to travel out of the region soon to see more of the actual world and take everything he sees in on a global sense. <- Supreme Order. He understands the need for order in society as Complete chaos wouldn't get anyone anywhere however without some type of chaos change wouldn't be possible we couldn't evolve as a planet and stagnation at that level isn't cool man. -> Marijuana. Alright it's something he hasn't been able to drop, and he actually doesn't mind it. He picked it up in his earlier teen years and in a sense the drug is pretty enlightening He's committed to doing no other drug over the course of his life. It's illegal of course, but the best things usually are. <- Bad Dads. His dad has been absent all of his life, leaving a lot of stress and worry on his mom to raise him alone. Gold feels like he came out okay for the most part, but still he couldn't ever leave his own kid like that. |

(lower middle class) Growing up it was just Gold and his mom. He always worried about money and his mother's well being. - Was never really exposed to the struggles of the other regions growing up as they never really concerned him. - Was exposed to many of the adult pleasures of life fairly young. - Began Drinking at 15, and learned he had a serious knack for playing pool - Along with the Togepi was a very good gambler - Years 15-18 were extremely rebellious - Graduated from high school opted out of college. - At 19 began to travel through his region searching for something solid as opposed to the temporary excitement he felt in his youth - Began looking for a stable job at 20, however his commitment held him back greatly. - Fired from multiple jobs within the next year. - At 21 years old Gold is trying to figure out what exactly he wants to do in life. |

-Gold has never been in any kind of romantic relationship, his thoughts on the matter being, "A girlfriend? Nah I love a nice cutie and all, but I don't really have the time or money for that, times are tight."
- Aibo was his first pokemon contrary to popular belief. He and Aibo haven't really been seperated since they met.
