HISTORY ● Born into a fairly wealthy family-- a postal service of sorts, their only profit coming from delivery fees ● Business fell apart after the rebellion-- Hoenn became harder to access, therefore Pelippers (it could carry the most) became scarce. ● While they have managed to improvise with other birds and flying pokemon, it is much more difficult than before to deliver across borders. ● Addison serves as a local delivery person, her daily rounds of delivering including major parts of Illyis. She's often seen trotting around with a bag of letters over her shoulder. ● Her service has become less necessary with new technologies; business is going out of business. ● Addy decides to take it upon herself to find the black market and be the one to deliver messages and secrets from vendor to vendor. ● Slowly becoming adept with street smarts and knowing how the market works. ● While the danger is always against her throat (if she leaks a single secret, she's gone) she's learned to keep her mouth shut-- become a liar, make herself scarce, etc.

Sorry it took so long; I was gonna have Celsius accept this as initiation as staff sorta and she bailed on me. >3>; But I love her character. <3 She and Anna are both very interesting and I love how quirky Addison seems to be. I also like the idea that she got into the black market with the decline of her business and her face claim is adoooooooorable. Braids 5life, yo. Accepted~!
